As an Operations Engineer, the primary role is ensuring the safe and secure operation of the product. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and closely collaborating with DevOps Engineers to enhance the service. Tasks include:
- Executing system updates and modifications on behalf of customers and stakeholders.
- Addressing system incidents, diagnosing problems, and restoring services.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status and changes.
- Collaborating within the Support and Operations team and partnering with DevOps to troubleshoot issues.
- Developing and deploying automation scripts and tools.
- Monitoring and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
- Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
